Witches Hat Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 (4.25 ounce) tube of orange or red decorating frosting
• 1 (11.5 ounce) package of fudge-striped shortbread cookies (32 cookies)
• 1/2 (13 ounce) bag of milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped (32 pieces)

Directions:

Pipe a small mound of frosting onto the center of the bottom of each cookie; press a chocolate kiss onto the frosting. Lastly, pipe a band and bow around the base of each kiss.
