September Housing Report

The September housing report came out and showed some very encouraging results! September housing unit sales rose 3.2% and the average price of homes sold in September 2014 were up 6.8% from September 2013. These are great statistics and they indicate that the housing market is on a steady road to recovery. Now is the time to get your home on the market!
