Are you short on time in the morning and looking for something quick for breakfast? Try these bake ahead pancake bars!
1. Mix your favorite pancake mix to create a batter. Be careful not to over mix the batter; there should be some lumps.
2. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and spread the batter evenly into the dish.
3. Add granola to the batter for a healthier pancake bar or add both granola and chocolate chips for a treat.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the batter is fully cooked. The cooking time will depend on the amount of ingredients you add to your batter.
5. Take the baking dish out of the oven and allow the bars to cool down. Cut the pancake bars into equal pieces and serve immediately or freeze. Enjoy!
